Our classes are scheduled around your schedule for your convienence. 

 Registration and Cancellation 

Class Registration 

We offer a variety of custom training options, class locations, number of days, internet learning, and onsite at your location; and, therefore, our prices are not posted online. Preregistration is required; registration is confirmed by either payment or an approved purchase order. Payment should be received at least 14 days prior to first class date to hold registration, unless the classes or training dates you prefer are less than 14 days away. In that case, please call us, we can take credit cards over the phone or (upon approval) swipe your card before class begins. 

Cancellation Policy 

Student cancellations: 

If students cancel 21 calendar days before the class is scheduled to run, they may reschedule to the next mutually available class dates or they may receive a 100% refund. If cancellation occurs less than 21 calendar days, there is no refund. 

IDEAS cancellations: 

In the rare event that IDEAS needs to cancel or reschedule a class, we will try to notify students 7 calendar days before the class is scheduled to run. If the class does not run, students may have the option of rescheduling to another class date, or opting for a customized condensed class, or a full refund.
